The added value of Jingzhou's agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and forestry in 2020 was 48.454 billion yuan, up 0.6 percent from 2019 at a comparable price.

Jingzhou's grain yield remained steady. Jingzhou's total grain yield and grain growing area were 4.4982 million tons and 707,080 hectares, down 0.3 percent and up 0.7 percent from 2019 respectively.

Jingzhou's superior cash crops grew steadily. Jingzhou's rapeseed yield was 504,900 tons, cotton yield 28,200 tons, vegetable yield 3.138 million tons and fruit yield 491,100 tons, up 16.6 percent, down 25.8 percent, up 0.2 percent and up 6.8 percent from 2019 respectively.

Jingzhou's livestock production dropped slightly and poultry breeding remained stable. 2.0942 million live hogs and 62.4147 million heads of poultry were sold in Jingzhou, down 29.7 percent and down 2.3 percent from 2019 respectively. Jingzhou's meat production was 248,400 tons and poultry & egg production 189,100 tons, down 18.5 percent and up 11.3 percent from 2019 respectively.

Jingzhou's aquatic product output grew slightly. Jingzhou's aquatic product output was 1.1318 million tons, up 0.9 percent from 2019.
